CHAIHONA NO 1 BY VASILCHUKI INTRODUCES NEW SLAVIC, ARABIC, MEDITERRANEAN AND UZBEK SET LUNCH MENUS

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, 09 July 2024:  Chaihona no 1 by Vasilchuki is already well-known for its innovative and authentic dining experiences, offering a diverse range of dishes from around the world. 

The restaurant has continued this tradition with its delicious new menus inspired by Uzbek, Slavic, Arabic, and Mediterranean flavours, all created by Head Chef Sergei Suschenko. The menus are split into four options, allowing guests to choose from a variety of dishes that can be enjoyed alone or shared with a group.

 

Menu Highlights Include:

Set 1 Uzbek Lunch:

• Starters: Achichuk Salad with fresh tomato, onion and herbs

• Soups: Uygur Lagman Noodle Soup 

• Mains: Veal Cheburek (a bread dish filled with meat)

Set 2 Slavic Lunch:

• Starters: Classic Olivier Salad with potatoes, peas and eggs

• Soups: Cold Beetroot Soup that’s likened to borscht but served cold

• Mains: Breaded Chicken Cutlet

Set 3 Arabic Lunch:

• Starters: Hummus or Tabbouleh Salad

• Soups: Pumpkin Seafood Soup

• Mains: Half a Grilled Chicken 

Set 4 Mediterranean Lunch:

• Starters: Saganaki Grilled Cheese 

• Soups: Gazpacho Soup

• Mains: Octopus with Bulgur wheat 

The new lunch menus are available from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm, making them ideal for an early dinner or late lunch if you’ve had a busy day.  

Chaihona, No. 1 by Vasilchuki, is open throughout the day, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Families are welcome, and guests can get stuck into workshops that must be booked in advance, or you can just sit back, relax and enjoy the view. 

This innovative and exciting restaurant invites you to the Marina to explore its modern fusion Slavic, Asian and Arabic menu, homely interiors, and unique dining concept. A highlight of the menu is the expansive cake display, where diners can indulge in sweet treats after their meal or purchase for celebratory special occasions.
