This winter, every Sunday, Caro Steakhouse will take over Monty’s Restaurant at Address Montgomerie to serve its famous roast alfresco style

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, 17 OCTOBER 2024: This winter, Caro Steakhouse expands to launch a new Sunday Roast menu at Monty’s Restaurant in Emirates Hills.

The new menu serves favoured dishes from the original Sunday menu but also offers a delightful selection of new starters, mains, and desserts crafted to elevate the already popular Caro roast dinner experience.

Begin your afternoon in the warm winter sun with a Chilled Plum Tomato Soup with Gremolata and Bocconcini, Chicken Liver Pate with Pickled Onions and Warm Sourdough, Wild Mushroom on Toast with Poached Egg and Truffle, or enjoy a Classic Prawn Cocktail with Marie Rose Sauce and Grilled Sourdough.

Don’t forget to save room for the infamous cooked-to-perfection Caro Sunday Roast with all the trimmings, including a Yorkshire pudding and rich jus, that arrives with Juicy Beef or a Half Spatchcock Chicken, stuffing and bread sauce. More unusual but equally delicious Sunday afternoon main course options are Wild Mushroom Lasagna served with mushroom powder and 17th Century Ketchup and Pan-Fried Seabass with parsley lemon gnocchi, caper lemon butter sauce, and pickled spring onion.

You can also sip on a Burnt Orange Spritz, a sparkling wine drink that offers a burst of fruity notes, or the salty and smoky Palodin, featuring The Lost Explorer premium mezcal and homemade fruit cordial. For an alcohol-free option, enjoy the Minty Julep, a refreshing combination of mint and non-alcoholic malt.

Finish with a sweet treat and choose from Warm Parkin with Pecan Nuts, Miso Caramel, and Goats Curd Ice Cream, Egg Custard Tart with Poached Rhubarb, Matcha Nitrogen Meringue with Vanilla Chantilly, Yuzu Curd, Kiwi, zesty Lemon Curd Tiramisu and Lemon Balm. There’s also a Continental Cheese Trolley that arrives with grapes, water biscuits, and seasonal chutney that can be paired with a unique selection of premium grapes only available throughout the take-over.
