Mozzo Centrale is an Italian restaurant and café located in Umm al Sheif street. What can I say Mozzo? You exceed my expectations every time I visit your restaurant. The ambience, staff professionalism and friendliness are just add-ons to the delectable dishes they serve.
The appetizers were off the hook. We ordered the deep fried fresh Calamari, Bruschetta, Avocado Feta tartine and the spicy chicken strips. The ingredients were fresh and the portions were generous.
The Lobster Mac n Cheese was the MVP on the table. The Lobster & Truffle Mac n Cheese is the perfect blend of classy yet comfort food and is inspired by a dish served in one of the oldest seaport restaurants in the island of Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts. The succulent, generous chunks of Lobster with truffle oil dish was phenomenal.
One of the things I enjoy most about Mozzo is their constant alteration of the menu to keep things intersting and exciting. You always keep coming for more because it just doesn’t get boring. What more? they offer free unlimited Wi-Fi all day long with ample charging docks for laptops, smart phones and iPads.
Highlights: The Lobster Mac n Cheese, NOM NOM & the super friendly staff ( kudos to everyone working there)
The only culinary disappointment was the Panna Cotta. The dessert was too sweet and the berries were a little soggy.
