Positive, motivational, personable – Born in Switzerland, Jeffrey Henseler is the Founder of Passport Legacy and the Managing Partner of its head office, based in the UAE. Since starting work from the age of 16, Jeffrey has always been passionate about the opportunities for citizenship and residency by investment and thus focused his career path on cementing his expertise within the immigration sector.
Jeffrey’s journey saw him make the bold move to leave his studies behind so he could navigate and carve out a niche in the sector with on the ground experience. After 3 working in Switzerland, Jeffrey moved to Dubai, UAE, in 2014 where he further established himself in the
region and it was here, after just four years in the market, that Jeffrey founded Passport Legacy in 2018, seeing an opportunity to provide an unparalleled offering for the acquisition of obtaining a second citizenship or residency. Through its global offices and team, Passport Legacy provides a tailored range of professional services to its international clients through its highly-knowledgeable and experienced Client Advisors.
Today Jeffrey operates four global offices, overlooking all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, accounting, finance and processing to name but a few. Fluent in English, German and French his international experience from working in Zurich, Cape Town and Dubai and his commitment to the business and his clients has cemented Passport Legacy’s growth. It is at the forefront of the sector, an achievement that was secured within the first three years of business, a triumphant moment and one that has propelled Passport Legacy’s outreach across continents. Today, Passport Legacy has over 12 years of combined team experience in the citizenship and residency by investment industry.
Jeffrey cites his passion for the industry as one that is fueled by the successful individuals – his clients – that he meets each day through his work.

I realized this from my first day in the industry and this learning is what keeps me going until now. Furthermore, we can help people break the chains they are born with.
