Born in 1965 Grasse, France, Philippe Pasqua began painting at the age of 18, and explores various techniques in his work, primarily painting, drawing and more recently, sculpture.Pasqua’s work strikes the visitor with an almost physical impact, but also like a vision that is at the same time explosive and incisive. The monumental format of the artist’s grand drawings and canvases is dictated by the breadth of his gestures — a dance where brutality and finesse, trance and lucidity alternate.
Katya Traboulsi’s work has been internationally collected and exhibited in many art-forums including Algerian museum of Modern Art and the international Armory Show in NYC. Known as an artist not just a painter, her creative process embraces art in all it forms. Montegrappa, luxury Italian writing instruments commissioned herto design the limited editions of the ‘Gibran Khalil Gibran’ pen as well as the ‘Calligraphy’ pen.
Sculptor Arnaud Rivieren works solely with industrial scrap and mainly with stainless steel. Dubbed ‘a scientist of spatial subterfuge, a doctor of dynamics, [and]the crown prince of the circle’. He recently held a solo exhibition at La Galerie Nationale, ‘Moment of Inertia’, a series of six stainless steel beams manipulated by heat to form abstract, breathtaking sculptures.
Fred Kleinberg was born in Paris in 1966. He established himself as one of the emerging talents of his generation. In 1982, he attends the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris. He lives and works in Paris and Pondicherry in India. Since 1985, he regularly exhibits his work in Europe, in the USA and in China.
Pierre Marie Lejeuneis a self-defined designer, painter, sculptor and watercolorist. He is known for his sculptures, some monumental. The sculptures express the telluric energy that flows from the earth and once free from gravity, flies towards heaven. In recent years, Pierre Marie Lejeune has exhibited in many Museums and Art Centers : the MAMAC (Nice) , at the Arsenal in Metz, at the National Museum of China (Beijing), and presented sets of monumental sculptures in the public space in the cities of Shanghai , Beijing, Brussels and Metz .
