Highlights include Hot Dolma from Iraq, symbolizing the warmth of hospitality; Lamb Tagine with Apricot from Algeria, blending sweet and savoury flavours that reflect deepened bonds; Shuwa from Oman, a slow-cooked masterpiece celebrating festive gatherings; Chicken Tagine from Morocco, infused with saffron and preserved lemons to mirror vibrant traditions; and Lamb Mansaf from Jordan, a dish embodying generosity and inclusivity.
