The evening will offer a meticulously crafted six-course menu that transports diners to the rich and diverse flavours of Argentina’s southernmost regions.
A Culinary Journey to the “End of the World”
Chef Martín Rebaudino, a master of contemporary Argentine cuisine, brings his gastronomic expertise from the Fin del Mundo (End of the World) to Dubai. Known for his ability to fuse traditional flavours with modern techniques, Chef Rebaudino’s creations reflect the essence of Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego, and the Antarctic region. His carefully curated menu is a tribute to Argentina’s pristine ingredients and unique culinary heritage, showcasing rare delicacies from the country’s most remote corners.
6-Course Menu – A Taste of Southern Argentina
Some of the highlight dishes that will be served on the night include Aguachile of Andean potatoes & squid King crab from the Beagle Channel with caviar, Crispy prawns with beetroot & strawberry, Antarctic toothfish with spinach pil pil, Patagonian lamb with truffled roast jus and Tangerine & cocoa liquid sphere for dessert.

Meet the Chef: Martín Rebaudino
Born in Capilla del Monte, Córdoba, Argentina, Chef Martín Rebaudino boasts an impressive culinary career spanning over three decades. Trained at the International Buenos Aires Hotel and Restaurant School (I.B.A.H.R.S.), he refined his skills through extensive experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across Spain, Italy, and France, including Zalacaín, Martín Berasategui, Juan Mari Arzak, El Celler de Can Roca, and Akelarre. His accolades include multiple Best Chef awards, recognition in The Best 101 Risottos in the World, and placement in Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
